The 'Rule 6' programme has been developed
in response to recent legal DFES requirements
in relation to students who are excluded from
school for 6 days or more.
'Rule 6' provides a full-time alternative
education for up to 2 terms (12 weeks) for
those students aged 8-16 years who have
been excluded from school for 6 days or more.
The programme operates during term-time
only.

The 'Rule 6' Programme can be purchased in daily
blocks. Each day is equivalent to 6 hours of educational
provision (including supervised breaks for students etc)
Provision can be provided for up to 2 terms / 12 weeks
per individual student
Provision takes place during term-time only,
Monday to Friday.
